LEARNING SUPPORT

Our teachers employ differentiated instruction strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of our students in the mainstream classroom. By adapting instructional materials, providing additional explanations, and offering alternative assignments, we ensure all students can access the curriculum and achieve their academic goals.

Our team of experienced learning support teachers and assistants provides one-on-one or small-group instruction to students who require specialized support. They offer guidance, deliver learning interventions, and teach students to develop effective study skills, fostering student confidence and autonomy.

The Learning Support Team collaborates closely with teachers, parents, and outside professionals to develop educational plans for students with specific needs. These personalized plans outline the student's goals and the support services and accommodations necessary for them to achieve their goals.

Some students need additional support in specific subjects. Our courses are designed to thoroughly strengthen fundamental skills, guaranteeing that students have all the necessary resources to achieve their full potential.

The special education teachers and support staff provide individualized services for students with diverse learning needs. From specific learning disabilities to neurodevelopmental disorders, such as autism spectrum disorder and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, we offer specialized instruction, adapted materials, and assistive technologies, ensuring students with disabilities can fully engage with the curriculum.

Talented and gifted students are eligible for individualized educational services and a faster-paced curriculum. We provide differentiated instruction, adapted materials, and access to advanced courses (APs), ensuring that gifted students can fulfill their potential and meet their unique needs while engaging with a challenging curriculum.
