On April 27, Pan American - The International School of Porto Alegre welcomed representatives from more than 20 universities and colleges to the University and College Fair. Held at the Gym on Obino Campus, the event gave High School students the opportunity to explore higher education options across different countries and fields of study.

The fair brought together institutions from the United States, Europe, Latin America, and beyond, including Arizona State University, Emory University, University of Bristol, Sciences Po, Bocconi University, Pepperdine University, Universidad de San Andrés, and Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, among others. Students moved through booths, speaking directly with admissions representatives and gathering information about programs, application processes, and campus life.

For many students, the fair marked an important step in their college search journey, offering a chance to ask questions and discover institutions they might not have considered before.

"It was a great experience to partner and work together with counselors from the most prestigious schools in Montevideo, Buenos Aires, and Asuncion to organize the very first Latitude South university fair. I feel a deep sense of pride, gratitude, and accomplishment in seeing our students engage so thoughtfully with their future opportunities. Moreover, it was truly rewarding to witness many parents visiting our fair in support of their students' aspirations, making the event both meaningful and inspiring for the wider community. The feedback we received from the university admissions directors is overwhelmingly positive, giving me an additional dose of confidence and energy that we are on the great path here. Go Huskies!" shares Mr. Nikola Prpa, High School and College Counselor.

The University and College Fair reflects Pan American's commitment to preparing students for global opportunities and supporting them as they navigate their paths beyond graduation.
