BOARD OF DIRECTORS & INVESTMENT AND FUNDING COMMITTEE (IFC)
As a non-profit, Pan American School (PAS) is governed by our Board of Directors, which is a team of seven parent volunteers who all bring their professional expertise to the strategic and fiduciary work of the team.
In March 2022, the bylaws of Pan American School were updated and an Endowment Fund was created. In May 2022, the election of the initial three members of the Investment and Fundraising Committee (IFC) occurred.
Election of Governing Board and IFC members occurs annually at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May. This is for members whose term will end in June of that year. New members take their place as of July 1.
