Founded in 1996 and coordinated by Andrea Sebben with over 15 years of solid experience in Cross-Cultural Psychology & Cross-Cultural Education, Andrea Sebben´s team are experts in coordinating multicultural groups to live and work abroad. Their purpose is to prepare people to understand cultural differences, to be aware of the migration process, the emotional and physical points of view, and to help them create their own strategies to solve problems. Our training goes beyond a set of manners of “Dos and Don’ts”, it prepares people to communicate better and understand the processes involved in a situation of living and working overseas.
